Welcome to the best blog on the web...pho sho!

2/16/2008: Your intrepid guides for this gastronomical tour of South East Asia are Brendan Dwyer-McNally (BDM) and Jessica Medinger (JM). He's six feet two inches of freckles; she's the raven haired resident Wii tennis pro.

We'll be acting as taste-bud tourists, sampling and critiquing various food stuffs as we make our way across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Chances are that we'll encounter more than a few spicy noodles and sumptuous scrimps, but how - you may ask - will these dishes affect our americanized digestive systems? To find out, drop by for postings, photos, and possibly the craziest fruits you've ever seen.

Enjoy yourselves and have a grand time! I want to see a picture of BDM eating snails and snakes! :)

Brendan, (using Vids email)
we shall see if your years of training have paid off..i think the super hot buffalo wings, charcoal filled burgers, cheap tequila shots and garbage plates should have prepared you well. Then again you did get the name "projectile" for a reason...Jessica Beware!

Hi Jessica, your mother brought me this far. What a wonderful trip. Your grandmother and I are so pleased that you are doing this. We won't be surprised at the fruit as we spent two weeks in Thailand a few years ago.

We pray that you will have a safe trip.

Hi Brandon, now you take good care of Jessica, because she is very precious to us.

You guys are freakin' adorable.
You should be flattered, as this will be the first blog I'll actually check in on regularly - not because I love you both, but because I want to see what you're eating.
